Administration Support Team
Consists of a co-ordinator and up to five team members. Each team member is allocated specific centres and can provide up to 20 hours support per year for each centre. The AST will have a particular focus each term.
The AST provides support in the following areas:
- All administration requirements
- Finance, including Bulk funding and Budgets
- Statistics
- Health and Safety requirements including safety checks and cleaning procedures
- Property and Maintenance checks
- Fire and emergency evacuation procedures
- Review of policies and practices
- Relevant Early Childhood Regulations
- Office bearer training for Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurers,
- Property/Maintenance and Health and Safety
The Association Treasurer works with the AST to provide support to the centres. The Association Property Administrator works with the AST on property issues.
